What if I cancel?
The flexible policy applies: 7+ days before we keep 0%, 3–6 days before we keep 50%, under 3 days we keep 100%. Refunds go back to the method you paid with within 5–7 working days, automatically.
Can I move to another date?
Yes, from Manage my booking, until 7 days before departure, at no cost if seats are open.

A certified Himalayan Trails Co. guide leads every batch; their name is on your booking page once the batch is confirmed.
